Catherine Mattice Zundel, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a professional consultant and trainer who assists organizations in developing systemic action plans to build positive corporate cultures. Through Civility Partners, Catherine offers consulting and training in the areas of internal communication processes, conflict resolution, workplace bullying, diversity, intercultural communication, hostile work environments, and interpersonal communication skills.

Catherine has also published articles in a wide variety of industry trade magazines including in HR, leadership, safety, personal development, employee assistance, and others.
Catherine is Past-President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), San Diego Chapter, and an adjunct professor at National University. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in communication from San Diego State University.
