Catherine founded Civility Partners in 2009 as a result of working in a toxic environment, and has since served Fortune 500's, nonprofits, government agencies, universities, and more. Catherine’s also been cited in such media outlets as Forbes.com, Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur, and USA Today, and appeared as a guest on such venues as NPR and CNN.

Juile founded Mirus Agency in 2009 with one client in San Diego and has since grown the firm to a nationwide operation, building close to 200 brands/year through a multi-strategy approach, and providing thousands of jobs each year. After launching Mirus, she went on to obtain a Master’s in Communication Studies from SDSU. She is married with one 3 y.o. son, enjoys volunteering, hiking, yoga, reading, and WINE.

Steve is a founding partner with Bottomline Marketing, a brand and marketing strategy firm, where they put the “Aim” in “Ready, Aim, Execute” from a marketing perspective. Prior to founding Bottomline Marketing, Steve built a broad array of brands at companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 100, including Jenny Craig / Nestle, Proflowers.com, Tropicana / Pepsico, Kraft, Cadbury and Pillsbury. Steve earned his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
